Summer School Rules and Regulations

Mandatory Attendance Policy
Attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. If a student has three consecutive unexcused absences without prior written notification from a parent or guardian, their enrollment may be subject to termination.
Sickness Policy
For the safety and well-being of all students, children are not permitted to attend summer school if they are unwell. Parents are encouraged to keep their child at home if they exhibit symptoms of illness, and to inform the school promptly.
Communication Requirement
All absences must be communicated to the school in writing by a parent or guardian. For health-related absences, a doctor’s note may be required for extended periods of illness.
Punctuality and Pickup
Students are expected to arrive on time each day. Late drop-offs and pickups may result in additional fees or disciplinary action.
Drop off time Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - Pick up time 2:30 pm - Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Dress Code
Students are required to adhere to the school’s dress code, which promotes modesty and respect in accordance with Islamic values.
Behavior Expectations
Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in disciplinary action.
